I believe that riding well is as much about your mindset and approach as it is about skill and ability, I encourage the rider to pay attention to detail to achieve results. Self awareness, correct technique, position and an understanding of biomechanics all help the individual to ride with empathy and harmony. It is important that the rider addresses psychological factors as well as the physical in order to maximise their potential, this is just as important as addressing our horses physical and mental needs.

I teach all disciplines and cater for all levels, whether you have lost your confidence, need a bit of guidance and 'eyes on the ground' progressing with your horse or are an ambitious competitive rider.

I have over 20 years experience of teaching a range of disciplines, levels and ages, I am a British Dressage Recognised Coach (BDCC Level 2), BHS Accredited Coach BHS Stage 3 Coach in Complete Horsemanship, Stage 4 Care and Management and an RoR Approved Trainer with up to date 1st Aid and Child Safeguarding qualifications.
