Gridwork is fantastic for working on rider position and balance over a fence as well as improving the horses athletism and gymnastic ability.

Ground poles are a great way to improve the balance and gymnastic ability of both horse and rider, pole work is very useful for engaging the core and improving accuracy.

Becky uses a series of exercises  to suit each group of horses and riders and gives a new insight into their riding and plenty of ideas to take away with you and work on at home.
